What payment methods do you accept ?

The Bow Hub accepts all major credit cards and paypal.

Do you do custom orders ?

Yes, we do custom orders for special occasions and specific outfits. You can email us a photo of the outfits and we will work together to create a beautiful piece for you.

What if i want a different color or combination that what is on your website.

Please email us to find out about color and style options. The Bow Hub is happy to work with you to create a customized hair accessories.

Do you offer free shipping ?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders over $49.99.

Can orders be returned ?

Yes orders can be returned within 10 days of items receipt. The merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. the cost of the item will be returned to the same credit card used for the original purchase. We do not refund shipping cost. You need to pay for shipping for the item to be returned to us.

NOTE : Items on sale can also be returned.

What is your turnaround time ?

The Bow Hub wills end your order out as soon as possible. However please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing. This does not include the actual shipping time. If you order on big sale like Black Friday, please allow an extra 1 to 2 days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

Do you ship internationally ?

No we do not ship internationally. All our products are shipped within the USA .

What do i do if i want to cancel my order ?
